CEO Meeting Scholarships Available

Through the Friends of CESSE Fund, four scholarships are available to CESSE CEO Members to help make participation in the 2027 CESSE CEO Meeting more accessible. Each scholarship includes:

• Full conference registration
• $1,000 stipend toward travel and accommodation expenses

As CESSE prepares to celebrate 50 years of supporting the STEM society community, the Friends of CESSE Fund continues that legacy by investing in leaders and creating opportunities to connect, learn, and grow.

Apply by Monday, November 23. Scholarship recipients will be notified Monday, December 7.

Meeting Cancellation Policy

If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend the 2027 CEO Meeting, please email CESSE Member Services at [email protected] by January 8 to request a refund, less a $125 processing fee. After this date, registrations are non-refundable. In the event that CESSE must cancel the meeting, all registration fees will be fully refunded.

Please note that CESSE is not responsible for reimbursing any other expenses related to attending the event. All refunds will be processed after the meeting concludes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
