When and where is ACCESSE24?

What is the cost to attend?

Registration costs vary based on membership status and time of purchase.

 

How do I register?

Registration will go live in early 2025 on the CESSE website. If you are a CESSE member, please use the same email address associated with your account.

 

Are there special discounts?

There is an early bird rate along with special offers for STEM society and association meeting planners as well as groups of five or more.

 

Who do I contact if I need assistance with registration?

If you are having issues or need to modify or update your registration, please contact member services at 847.375.4736 or [email protected].

 

What if I need to cancel my registration? 

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the attention of CESSE Member Services three weeks prior to the event. Please ensure you have your confirmation email for your records. 

Registration can be transferred to another attendee with an emailed requested from the original registrant. CESSE cannot make refunds for expenses related to attending the meeting. All refunds will be processed and issued after the meeting. 

 

 

How many Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credits can I earn by attending ACCESSE?

ACCESSE attendees are eligible to receive up to 10 CAE credits and 10 CMP credits.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Conference attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures tend to vary, so we encourage you to bring a light sweater or jacket to all sessions.
