What is the cost to attend?

Registration costs vary based on membership status and time of purchase.

How do I register?

Participants can visit the ACCESSE24 registration page to get started. If you are a CESSE member, please use the same email address associated with your account.

Are there special discounts?

There is an early bird rate along with special offers for STEM society and association meeting planners as well as groups of five or more.

Who do I contact if I need assistance with registration?

What if I need to cancel my registration? 

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the attention of CESSE Member Services three weeks (July 2, 2024) prior to the event. Please ensure you have your confirmation email for your records. 

There will be no refunds after July 2. However, a registration can be transferred to another attendee with an emailed requested from the original registrant. CESSE cannot make refunds for expenses related to attending the meeting. All refunds will be processed and issued after the meeting. 

How many Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credits can I earn by attending ACCESSE?

ACCESSE attendees are eligible to receive up to 10 CAE credits and 10 CMP credits.

How do I reserve my hotel room?

To obtain the special conference rate, make your reservations early and indicate you are attending the ACCESSE 2024. The discounted rate expires on June 30, 2024. Make your reservation with Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel online or by contacting 1.888.627.7175.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Conference attire is business casual. The average high for Toronto in July* is 81°F and the average low is 65°F. Meeting room temperatures tend to vary.  Please bring a light sweater or jacket to all meetings.
