What is the cost to attend?

Registration costs vary based on membership status, time of purchase. Please visit our registration webpage for the most up-to-date information on registration rates.

How do I register?

Visit the ACCESSE Registration webpage to get started. If you are a CESSE member, please use the same email address associated with your account to register.

Are there special discounts?

There is an early bird rate along with special offers for STEM society meeting planners as well as groups of five or more.

Meeting planners receive free registration when another member of their society registers with a paid admission
Groups of five or more receive a 10% discount

Who do I contact if I need assistance with registration?

If you are having issues or need to modify or update your registration, please contact member services at 847.375.4736 or [email protected].

What if I need to cancel my registration?

If your plans change and you are unable to attend ACCESSE, please email CESSE Member Services at [email protected]. To receive a refund of your registration fee (less a $125 processing fee), your written cancellation request must be received by Friday, July 2nd, 2026. In the event that CESSE must cancel the meeting, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. Please note that CESSE will not refund any expenses related to attending the meeting. All refunds will be processed after the meeting concludes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How many Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credits can I earn by attending ACCESSE?

The total amount of CAE/CMP eligible credits for ACCESSE27 will be released next year.

ACCESSE26 attendees are eligible to receive up to 11 CAE and 3.5 CMP credits. If you have any questions, please contact Alisha Coplin at [email protected].
