STEM societies are essential to the advancement of the professions that fuel discovery, innovation, and economic growth. For five decades, CESSE has served as the premier professional community for the executives who lead these organizations.

Founded in 1977, CESSE connects chief executive officers and mid-to senior-level staff members who are committed to organizational and leadership excellence. Members gain access to a powerful network of peers who openly share strategies, solutions, and best practices. The CESSE community is renowned for its collaborative spirit and the extraordinary willingness of members to help one another navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and lead with confidence.
