Need to arrange your travel to Philadelphia and book your hotel room at the W Philadelphia? We’ll be meeting Monday through Wednesday, June 23-25, in Philadelphia. Events will kick off with an opening reception to take place on Monday evening. Inspiring and informative presentations will engage you throughout Tuesday and Wednesday, with social events on Tuesday evening and Wednesday night.

Engage Finance & HR Professionals Before ACCESSE25 Kicks Off

The Finance & HR Pre-Conference Meeting on Monday, June 23 is a specialized program designed for professionals in finance and human resources roles within STEM societies. Scheduled just before the ACCESSE25 conference, this event offers targeted programming and peer-to-peer networking opportunities focused on the unique challenges and responsibilities in these functions.

  • Combined Registration (ACCESSE25 + Finance & HR Pre-Conference Meeting): $125 plus the cost of ACCESSE registration

Please note: Registration for the Pre-Conference Meeting does not include access to ACCESSE25’s educational sessions, networking events, or sponsored breaks.
