ACCESSE24 will explore central themes impacting STEM societies today.

All ACCESSE24 sessions will integrate at least one of the following themes:

• Leadership: Behaviors, programs, and strategies used to facilitate alignment of their collective direction, develop and execute strategic plans, foster effective culture, motivate staff and membership, engage volunteer leadership, and continually rejuvenate an organization.
• DEIA: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility. This acronym represents a comprehensive approach to an organization that is safe, fair, respectful, and inclusive for all individuals within the STEM society.
• AI/Innovative Technology: Innovative technologies that can create improved products, upgrade services, facilitate new ways to drive ROI, and manage the technological development and ethical ramifications within your organization.
• Sustainability: Ensuring resources meet current organizational needs without compromising the ability of future generations to fulfill their needs. STEM societies must strategically plan for the sustainability of organizational resources, encompassing both internal and external including environmental, financial, human resources, etc.
