[WEBINAR] Building a Leadership Development Program to Strengthen the Volunteer Leadership Pipeline: A CLARB Case Study

CESSE July 2025 Webinar

As associations face increasing uncertainty and rapid change, the need for a proactive and sustainable leadership pipeline has never been greater. Associations need leaders that understand the association’s relevance, impact, and strategy, and increasingly associations are creating that pipeline to develop the leaders needed to achieve strategy. The team at the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB) understands the importance of strategic leaders and set out to build a leadership development framework that supports leaders at all levels in a partnership with AMC Consulting Services.

This webinar will explore why leadership development is critical for associations and provide a case study for creating and launching a leadership development program. Participants will gain insights into how a leadership development program can drive performance and a leadership pipeline. Whether you are a staff leader or a board member, this session will equip you with learnings and actions to cultivate and develop your own program.
