Our Commitment to Your Health & Safety

CESSE is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience to all 2022 CEO Meeting attendees.

Here’s what we’re doing to help keep you safe:

  • All attendees (CEO’s, Partners, Guests, Speakers, and Staff) must show proof of vaccination or provide a medical or religious exemption, PRIOR to arriving in Annapolis in January. CESSE has engaged with 42Chat, a third-party text-based service which will manage the verification process. After you register, you will receive a text message from 42Chat that will prompt you to upload an image of your vaccine card. If you will be submitting a medical or religious exemption, that should also be uploaded via the 42Chat text.
  • At this time CESSE will be requiring masks for all attendees except when eating and drinking. We will continue to track the transmission numbers in Anne Arundel County, MD, and the CDC guidelines. If conditions change for the better, CESSE will consider relaxing the mask requirement for vaccinated individuals.
  • Meeting rooms will be set to provide extra space for social distancing.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the meeting space.
  • We understand that people have varying levels of comfort with hugs and handshakes. We’ll be providing you with a color-coded lanyard that will let your fellow attendees know what you’re comfortable with.
  • Daily symptom checker – we’ll be using the CEO Meeting App to remind to you check yourself for any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • If you don’t feel well, please stay home. We respectfully ask attendees to stay home if they are sick. If you have a temperature, are showing any potential symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event, please stay home*.

*CEOs may request a refund by emailing info@cesse.org. Partners may send an alternate representative.
