Conflict of Interest Policy / Confidentiality Agreements / Audited Financials
On October 3, 2005 a survey was sent to CESSE CEO members on the topics of Conflict of Interest Policies, Confidentiality Agreements, and Audited Financials. There were 48 responses of which 40 have a Conflict of Interest Policy; 6 have Confidentiality Agreements; and 41 give audited financials to their Board. We received 29 policies and agreements which are available to you below.
