Lessons from Risk-Taking Leaders on Driving Associations in Difficult Times
All CESSE CEO's face problems and challenges in their professional lives, but seldom do we discuss them in terms of the personal risk sometimes involved. What is the Balanced Scorecard and How Can It Make Your Association Thrive?
Learn directly from the "master" about one of the most successful and proven approaches to translating strategy into measurable, defined objectives. Developed in the early 1990's by Drs. Robert Kaplan (Harvard Business School) and David Norton, the BSC is used globally by thousands of organizations in the public, private, and not for profit sectors. This first session will be taught via live video link by David Norton. David will present the full model of the BSC to help us understand and apply it, and provide the opportunity to discuss and challenge the concepts. Ted Jackson, member of the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, will facilitate the discussion and help field questions from the attendees.
